Stupid political websites... focus on the negative or they can't sleep at night.

Oh for Gods' sakes.  Do conseravitve nuts really believe this typical basement site click-bait that tells THIS kinda stuff?   Click on it to understand it.
Exerpt:  Pope Francis is the head of state of the Vatican, which possibly has the most restrictive immigration policies of any nation in the entire world.

While the Vatican welcomes millions of visitors every year, only a very select few people are admitted as residents or citizens.
About 450 of the Vatican’s 800 residents are citizens. They consistent primarily of cardinals of the church, the Vatican’s diplomats around the world, or those who live there because of their jobs, like the Swiss guards.  YADA YADA YADA.
Western Journalism right wing Pope-paganda

And that moronic story is spread all over the right wing WEB WORLD!

Radioman's journalism take on this kind of propaganda dogfood:  Reporters --ESPECIALLY PARTISAN ONES-- are always drawn to the negative to redeem themselves to their base readers under the guise of claiming critical objectivity. Selfishly, they go find some where there is none and toot their horns loudly, just like Fox does!

THIS Story.  Tiny Vatican immigration policy is such minutia compared to the message of the Pope's Church in America this week, but partisan media must find at least a LITTLE negativeness if they are to be able to sleep at night.

Too many reporters are into themselves, today's new story CLICKS, and their immediate surroundings, but lack the wisdom to observe what they see in the context of history and important events. Maybe most reporters just don't get out enough so they never gain PERSPECTIVE about what they see when they DO go out.

This story was a joke.   Daily time filler to feed the right wing news junkies.   What a waste bandwidth, given the stories dazzling us this day about this Pope and his message in the US It's not a 'political story', only political reporters would think that. Its about Americans searching for truth, morality, tradition. Yup, the Church has always done a dog and pony show very well. But it affects us just as the traditions of the National Anthem before a baseball game, or the baptism of our own babies in church. What an interesting, and fascinating display...and the Wash Times seems more interested in its own image than an observer of the day's events.

Hard to be proud of my profession, but honestly we did better 25 years ago! We had great teachers from CBS in the 50s and 60s era of Cronkite and others. . I think today's journalists grew up too late and they were taught more about local news studio style on how to smile, fold their hands and read the teleprompTer on which young graduated producers learned to write copy at the 8th grade level.

Guess who's Coming to Europe from Syria? Poop throwing, chanting men not nearly as cute as the mommies and toddlers

From Alex's Info Wars

ISIS RECRUITS shout "Allah Akbar" in Refugee trains going to Germany.

So what do ya think?

Meanwhile, an eyewitness at the Italy-Austrian border relates how she saw an elderly Italian woman grabbed by her hair and pulled from her car by a group of “aggressive young men” who wanted to steal the car to get to Germany, while others threw excrement at bystanders.

“Half an hour ago on the border between Italy and Austria i saw a huge crowd of immigrants. With all solidarity to people in difficult circumstances I have to say that what I saw arouses horror. This huge mass of people – sorry – but it’s an absolute wilderness … Vulgar, throwing bottles, shouting “We want Germany”. So what, Germany is now a paradise?”

“I saw an elderly Italian woman in a car that was surrounded by the immigrants. They pulled her by the hair out of the car and wanted to use it to go to Germany. They tried to topple the bus I was in. They threw feces at us, banging on the door for the driver to open it, spat on the glass. My question is- for what purpose? How do they want to assimilate in Germany? For a moment, i felt like in a warzone. I really feel sorry for these people, but if they would reach Poland – I do not think they would receive any understanding from us.”

ADDENDUM:  Alex Jones is kind of an over the top inciter in America... but the video is disturbing. Want these people living in an apartment near you?   Fox has picked up the above video and getting Media Matters criticism for xenophobia.

What's missing is the realization that there may be more than women and children refugees in this exodus.  It could also be a Trojan horse to allow hundreds, maybe thousands of terrorists enroute to Germany, Britain, France, even the US and other benevolent countries.

If we're on a war footing with Islamic elements, now with its ISIS Caliphate in Syria, we should be SCREENING VERY CAREFULLY, yes profiling them.   Any country at war would do as much and we have in the past.  It's good to help, even bring in SCREENED refugees, but our government has an ABSOLUTE DUTY to protect the country first.

This should not be a political contest to see which party  or which country shows more compassion!

Attn KC TV stations...Georgia TV investigation shows how news SHOULD be done

Kudos to this Georgia TV station... most local out-of-town TV owners (like here in KC) have laid off most of their reporters and just dispatch their LIVE TRUCKS to go follow the police around>

THIS is old fashioned SOLID Journalism. Thanks to Media Matters for posting this incredible TV story shot earlier this summer.  Incredibly they use police to keep the media away.

More of THIS coverage and there's be less Republican corporate corruption in Topeka and Jeff City.
