No Honesty, just Propaganda on Sunday Morning Talk Shows.

Republican National Committee chair Reince Priebus called Sen. Harry Reid a “dirty liar” this morning on “This Week” for accusing presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney of not paying taxes for ten years.
 Facebook comments about rogue politicats:

Jason Doyle  The first 15 minutes of This Week with George Stephanopoulos confirmed why I'm neither a Democrat or Republican. No straight answers from either party. Of course, why should I expect straight answers during an election year?

  • Radioman KansaSitty You noticed that too? I was so incensed, I went to ABC's "This Week" site and ripped George for not interrupting both political spokespeople, for completely ignoring his questions.

Both of them just diverted immediately to filibustering airtime with their talking points, fully unrelated to his questions.

I'm used to seeing that when anchors ask 'gotcha' questions to Republicans, they will predictably avoid making unpopular honest admissions and just rant against Obama instead.
But there's no excuse for Debbie Schultz to play that deceptive game. I'm extremely disappointed in her. And Stephanapoulis who sounded like a college student interviewer

  • David Crow The only Sunday morning show I can remotely stand is Face the Nation.    Meet The Press has moments where Gregory wakes up and does his jobs, but those are fleeting.
