Isn't it interesting that all of us humans start out as babies, not knowing shit. We ALL have to learn from scratch. The only thing that gives TODAYS babies a head start over YESTERDAYS babies is the media and more techno efficiency about cramming knowledge and impressions.
Children OF AMERICA, (or other nations) without benefit of the new technologies have no more advantages than their predecessors from hundreds, thousands of years ago!
Perhaps this is why so many people want to put computers and the internet and the incredible knowledge of mankind even in front of poor black kids, sons of one parent moms who can barely read!

I'd only offer one more thing to that. It's great to make kids smarter and more aware... but it's a real crime to make them smarter and STILL NOT OFFER THEM JOBS EQUAL TO THEIR EDUCATED POTENTIAL! Wouldn't that piss you off if people promised you a great future, you worked hard as they asked you to, and then they didn't come through?
