In China, you're only allowed once child. Chinese are very serious when their only child is in medical deep shit! People take high speed trains to work, built by the government and US import dollars. And willing to love modestly, and with grandma.
No state Medicaid-paid, nursing homes HERE for Grandma!! She just dies without a valient $50,000 last ditch ICU effort to save her so she can go back to the nursing home for a few more months.
STOP. So this. This isn't China. This is AMERICA, JACK! Do you want to pay for a few more nursing home months for grandma with all those incidents of shortness of breath, or heart palpitations, and nurse aids feeding her babyfood.... , or spend those same state TAXDOLLARS to pick up a FULL TUITION RIDE for her grand-child to get a college degree, or trade school skills and then a good lifetime job?
Whereas US families today expect a cab ride to a hospital paid hotel! What a bunch of shit we ratepayers have to pay for spoiled, demanding Americans who are too quick to sick channel five on the health care industry for being 'uncaring!!'
The right, and their minions, need to STFU and lisen to reason. Ya can't have it both ways. Can't support NASA engineers on space travel to do experiments in the space lab, and say that alcoholics here in town can't get heath care when all of them need to do inpatient treatment if they have any hope of getting off the bottle.
